Nationwide moved a partial load (15 or so items - many old and fragile) from Philadelphia area to the Washington DC area.

They were coming from my Dad's house to my house in Virginia and the move involved a gated community and somewhat challenging access.

Nationwide was outstanding. The price was exactly as quoted and service (delivery men) were especially outstanding (moving things around for us).

We had an emergency move with very tight schedule parameters. Nationwide handled our situation beautifully! I was apprehensive because of a prior move with another company, but Avi and his helpers were wonderful!! They took very good care of our belongings, making sure nothing would be damaged in transit. I was very pleased with the service that I recieved. Everyone was very professional and extremely helpful. The driver took great care of my furniture and treated them as though they were packing thier own items. Each item was taken apart if needed wrapped carefully and put back together at the other end. They were helpful in planning the pick up as well as the delivery times.I would recommend them to friends and family and would use them again

My move was small but complicated with multiple pickups and tight time constraints.

Tali, our dispatcher made me feel like my move was always a priority. She was really amazing! The pickups were scheduled and picked up on time even in bad weather, and the deliveries were made in perfect timing. I was so appreciative of her strong dedication to customer service.

Everyone I spoke to was helpful. I was quoted a price that was reasonable and there were no hidden surprises.

Our drivers were very courteous, friendly and careful.

Overall my experience was great and I would highly recommend this moving company.

I had nothing but good experiences with this company.

I had to move quickly (within 2 weeks), and still didn't have a place to move to when I contacted them. They were friendly, flexible, and able to negotiate with me even with incomplete information. The telephone rep was friendly and helpful. They were even able to guarantee me next-day delivery -- whereas their competitors gave me figures anywhere from 3-5 days to two weeks.

When they got there, they did their job efficiently, completely, and with a minimum of fuss. There was no damage in the move, except for things I elected to move myself! :) The final price was a little more than I had been quoted (about 3%), but I added some items at the last minute so this was expected.

About the only thing I can criticize had to do with notification. We agreed that they would pick up my stuff either Thursday or Friday, and deliver it (250 miles away) the next day. I didn't receive notification that the pickup date would be Friday until noon on Thursday, so I didn't have a clear picture. But that was minor.

Great job, Nationwide! And kudos to Gail (phone rep) and Ari (move supervisor) for a job well done!
